Delete your Pai account

In the app

• Open Pai or Pai Driver and sign in.
• Tap Account (top right).
• Tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.

Finish or cancel any trip in progress first.

Without the app

Email support@paibor.app from any address with the phone number you signed in with. We confirm by sending a code to that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, emergency contact and sign-in.
• Drivers: all document photos and your vehicle details.

What is kept

Trip and payment records, without your name or phone number, because Lao transport regulations require operators to keep them.
